Music to My Ears

I'm not the type of person who can define my taste in music when asked. If someone would say, "What kind of music do you like?" I would proceed to answer with a random mis-mash of artist who make the occasional two song appearance on my i-pod.

I have varied tastes in music and didn't listen to much "good music" as a kid. That being said I have been on a 60's/70's classic rock kick for the past few months.

These are some of my favorite "new" discoveries of late:
  • The Rolling Stones (check out this video of Sympathy for the Devil, live at Altamont)
  • Aerosmith (Okay, so I listened to them before this new kick, but it fits the theme)
  • Led Zeppelin (Stairway to Heaven is a very long song by the way)
  • Pink Floyd (I discovered their amazing-ness in a scene from The Departed. Van Morrison covers their song Comfortably Numb.)
  • Credence Clearwater Revival
